Redivium is licencing recognised and proven battery recycling technologies across Europe.
One of the technologies was developed by Neometals and is licenced from ACN630 589 507 Pty Ltd, owned 50% each by Redivium’s major shareholder, Neometals Ltd (ASX: NMT), and German engineering house SMS Group.
Redivium is focussed on commercialising and operating safe recycling technologies to eliminate lithium-ion battery waste that effectively “closes the loop” by returning high-value battery materials to European lithium-ion battery cell production, including lithium, nickel, copper, and anode materials.
Through regulation and funding, the European Union is strongly incentivising the development of battery recycling technologies as Europe’s auto industry electrifies.
Redivium corporate objective is to become major battery materials producer.
